Why Access Point Exists

Access Point was founded on a simple belief: that every person has untapped potential, and that our region is stronger when talent and opportunity connect. What began as a local solution to workforce challenges has grown into a trusted partner across Missouri—bringing together education, employers, and community to create real career pathways.
